CELTA training encompasses the principles of effective teaching and enables teachers to gain practical experience while giving them a variety of teaching techniques. The training is delivered by experienced teachers appointed by the University of Cambridge. In-class practices -the lessons they give - by the teachers who receive the training during the training are observed and evaluated by these trainers.
